We carefully prepare your orders and ship them within 3-5 business days. When the quantity of products is excessive, we may contact you and request additional time. 

If you wish, you can also pick up your order from our workshop. We have the "Pick Up in Store" option for our customers in Ankara. We notify you when your order is ready and we deliver the product from our workshop. 

All product images in our store belong to us. Due to situations such as screen resolution, there may be tonal differences between the actual colors of the products and the colors appearing on the screens. 

There may be tone differences in the materials we use in our products depending on stock availability.
